This page describes how the Creative Room website is managed, with particular reference to the processing of personal data of all users who consult it. This information is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Code) to those who interact with the web services of Creative Room S.r.l., accessible electronically through the address: www.creative-room.eu. The information is also based on the Recommendation n. 2/2001 issued by the European Authorities for personal data protection, pursuant to the Group established by the art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46 / EC, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they access web pages, regardless of the purpose of the visit.
THE “OWNER” OF THE DATA
Following the navigation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The “owner” of this data is Creative Room S.r.l., with registered offices in Alzaia Naviglio Grande n. 72, Milan. The processing of data related to the web services of this site is carried out only by those personnel of Creative Room in charge of this same. No personal data deriving from the web service is shared with third parties. The personal data provided by users is used only to perform the service or services requested and is communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose.

The computer systems and software procedures used for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet, which is based on the TCP / IP protocol.
This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified as navigators.

Creative Room does not knowingly use its website to request data from anyone under the age of 18.
