Collective space.
Big or small, every event is a complex system. Organizing it requires calm, determination and nerves of steel. Because the unexpected is always lurking, and you have to know how to manage it. To reach our goals, every time we start afresh from our personal abc.
A stands for attention: to the smallest detail, to every request, to our client’s budget, to the coherence of every last element. B is for biceps. Doing, not just managing. At least a hundred, to allow us to do more things together. Better still when they’re in collaboration with a pair of sturdy legs, for all the kilometers to be covered. C is for connection, because connecting with those who participate, an employee or an external customer, is our primary goal.

Whether it’s a company convention or a roadshow, a theme party or a team building exercise, when we organize an event we take care of everything from the a of assistance to the z of zen.

CONCEPT

For us all events are entitled to a concept. Even small ones, on a reduced budget, organized in the coffee room. Always developed starting from the evaluation of our clients’ needs, style and modus operandi. And without losing sight of their goals.

LOCATION SCOUTING

The choice of a location is always included in the strategy of the event: it takes into account the concept and the target, the expected attendance, the type of entertainment, and available budget. The search for the right location also includes a preliminary inspection and negotiations.

COMMUNICATION

Since we are a communication agency, we take care of the preparation of all materials and tools to support the event, including video footage with real-time editing. In this way we have full control of the entire process, without relying on external consultants or suppliers.

ORGANIZATIONAL SECRETARY

We take care of the organizational secretariat of the event, including, among other things, the creation and updating of the invitation mailing lists, hotel booking, transfers, reception, guest accreditation, hostess service, hospitality, organization of catering and cuisine.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We assist our customers during all phases of the project, we keep in touch with suppliers and coordinate them on the spot. We also monitor the economic process, from management to resource reporting. We conclude the entire process with a closing report.

STAND EQUIPMENT

We design all kinds of stand equipment, including both the graphic elements (sails, totems, etc.) as well as selecting and managing customized solutions and furnishings. We have also taken care of complex installations, playing for example on contrasts: like the enchanted garden in a futuristic environment.
